LOTW ---> Operators from outside the US who are requesting an initial callsign certificate to establish a new Logbook of The World (LoTW) user account now may email the required documentation to LoTW-help[@]arrl.org. They must provide a copy of their Amateur Radio license or authorization, plus a copy of one other government-issued document showing the applicant's name and address (sensitive information may be blacked out). When ARRL receives the documentation, applicants will receive a reply message containing their LoTW account password, with their callsign certificate attached. ARRL does not retain any submitted documents, electronic or hard copy; these are destroyed after they have been reviewed. The budget for the Ducie Island DXpedition Project is about USD 175,000, and the fundraising campaign is underway. "With the final payment for the "Braveheart" due on 1 September, the next most expensive line item is equipment shipping budgeted at USD 20,000.
