3B7    - Pat, 3B8FA will be active as 3B7FA  from  St  Brandon  (AF-015)  on
         26-31 October. In his spare time he  will  operate  mainly  digital
         modes (SSTV and PSK 93) on 20, 15  and  10  metres.  QSL  via  home

3W     - Mal, VK6LC will return to Vietnam and be active as XV2VTC from  the
         city of Vung Tau on 24-30 September, and  as  3W2HCM  from  Ho  Chi
         Minh on 16-23 October. Expect activity on 20, 17 and 15  metres  CW

9A     - Duby, 9A6DR is active in his spare time  as  9A6DR/p  from  Kolocep
         Island (EU-016, IOCA CI-038) until around 20 October.  He  operates
         SSB on 20 and 40 metres. QSL via home call, direct or bureau.  [TNX

E5_sc  - Doug, W6HB will be active again as E51DLD from Rarotonga  (OC-013),
         South Cook Islands from 21 September  to  3  October.  He  will  be
         guest operating from the shacks of  E51AND and E51JD.  He says that
         "part of the trip will be  dedicated to working with the E5s to get
         Victor's  (E51CG/E51USA/E50V)  station  back  on the air".  QSL via

F      - TM6NB is the callsign the Belgian team will be using  from  Ile  de
         Batz (EU-105) on 14-18 September [425DXN 1261]. They  will  operate
         80-10 metres SSB, CW, PSK and RTTY with two or three stations.  QSL
         via  ON4ANN, direct  or bureau,  and LoTW.  Further  information on

FK0    - The  equipment  for  TX3X,  the  2-10  October  DXpedition  to  the
         Chesterfield Islands [425DXN 1270], will be loaded onto  the  Evohe
         between 13 and 15 September. She is due  to  depart  from  Auckland
         (New Zealand) and sail for Noumea (New Caledonia) on the 16th,  and
         then to the Chesterfields on the 28th. The team expects to land  on
         1 October. Follow the Evohe's progress on www.tx3x.com.  "It's  not
         too late to make a donation", the team says. "For those  processing
         a donation through TX3X.com before we sail on  28  September,  LoTW
         uploads will be processed while we're  on  the  island.  All  other
         donors will receive their LoTW upload on  a  priority  basis.  OQRS
         will be available shortly  after  the  DX-pedition  is  completed".

FM     - Kostyantyn, VE3LA will be  active  as  FM/VE8DX    from  Martinique
         (NA-107) on 17-27 October. He will participate in the CQ WW DX  SSB
         Contest as TO2M. QSLs via LY5W. [TNX NG3K]
GD     - Members from the DX Interceptors ARC (MS0IXD) will be active  again
         as MT0IXD from the Isle of Man (EU-116)  on  23-24  September.  QSL
         via M0OXO and LoTW.
HK0_sa - Joe, LU1FM and Daniel, LU9FHF will  be  active  as  5J0B  from  San
         Andres Island (NA-033) on 17-27 October. They will operate SSB  and
         digital modes on 160-6 metres, and will take part in the CQ  WW  DX

I      - Special callsign IR0ROMA will  be  in  use  on  9-13  September  in
         remembrance of the tragedy of  battleship  'Roma'  during  WWII  (9

J8     - Ken, WA4SQM will be active holiday style  as  J8/WA4SQM  from  Palm
         Island (NA-025) on 13-19  September.  He  will  focus  on  the  QRP
         frequencies, mainly  on  40  and  20  metres.  QSL  via  home  call

JA     - Look for JI1PLF/1, JA1UNS/1, 7N4VPS/1 and 7L4PVR/1 to  operate  SSB
         and CW on various bands  from  Hachijo  Island  (AS-043)  on  15-19

JW     - Mia OX5M, Daniel OX5T and Joergen OZ0J will be  active  as  JW/OX5M
         from the JE5E club station at Longyearbyen,  Svalbard  (EU-026)  on
         16-23 September. They will operate SSB, CW and some  digital  modes
         on the HF bands. QSL via OZ0J, direct or bureau  (please  use  Club

JW     - Jacek, SQ5BPF will be active in his spare time  as  JW/SQ5BPF  from
         the Polish Polar Station in Hornsund, Svalbard  (EU-026)  on  19-27
         September. QSL via home call, bureau preferred. [TNX DX World]
LU     - Look for Leo LU3AAL/GR, Horacio LU5BE/GR and Enrique  LU8EFF/GR  to
         be  active  from  Herradura  (locator  GG03um),  in  the  Argentine
         province of Formosa, on 24-27  September.  Amateur  radio  activity
         from this region  is  uncommon.  They  will  operate  CW,  SSB  and
         digital modes on 80, 40, 20, 17, 15, 10 and 6 metres. QSL via  home

ON     - Special event station OT4CLM will be active between 15  October and
         14 November. The suffix stands for Canadian Liberation  March,  the
         annual event that celebrates the liberation of the Belgian town  of
         Knokke on 1 November  1944.  QSL  via  ON3AIM,  direct  or  bureau.

OZ     - Rene, DL2JRM will be active as OZ/DL2JRM from Romo Island  (EU-125)
         on 19-20 September. He will operate CW on  80-10  metres.  QSL  via

PY0F   - AA4NC, AA4VK and WA4DAN will be active  as  PY0F/AA4NC,  PY0F/AA4VK
         and  PY0F/WA4DAN  from  Fernando  de  Noronha  (SA-003)  on   18-27
         October. They will be  QRV  on  160-6  metres  SSB,  CW  and  RTTY.
         PY0F/AA4NC will participate in the  CQ  WW  DX  SSB  Contest  as  a

S0     - Roberto, EA2CNU and Arseli, EA2JG will be active as S01WS  and  S0S
         from Western Sahara on 22-28 October. They will operate SSB and  CW
         with an emphasis on the low  bands;  Roberto  will  participate  in
         the CQ WW DX SSB Contest as S0S. QSL for both callsigns  via  EA2JG

TY     - Nicolas, F8FQX (ex 5T5SN, TJ3SN  and  TN5SN)  is  going  to  Benin,
         where he will stay for three years. He will operate CW and  SSB  on
         the HF bands and 6 metres as TY2SN. QSL  via  IZ1BZV  (direct)  and

V6     - Naoki, JS3LSQ  will  be  active  as  V63WJ  from  Pohnpei (OC-010),
         Micronesia from 28 September to 4 October. Look for  main  activity
         on 15 and 10 metres RTTY. QSL via JS3LSQ, direct  or  bureau.  [TNX

V7     - JH3AZC (V73EME), JH3QFL (V73A), JJ3CIG (V73H)  and  JP3AYQ  (V73YL)
         will be active from Majuro  (OC-029),  Marshall  Islands  on  24-28
         September. They will be QRV on the HF bands, 6  metres,  satellite,
         2m EME, CW, SSB and digital modes. QSL via home calls.
VK9L   - Les, NI1L will be active holiday style  as  VK9LN  from  Lord  Howe
         Island (OC-004) on 22-29 September. He will operate  mainly  CW  on
         40-10 metres; due to weight restrictions  on  flights  to/from  the
         island, it will be a low power operation. QSL via NI1L,  direct  or
         bureau, and LoTW. [TNX NI1L]
W      - Special callsigns K2P (New York and New Jersey),  K3P  (Washington,
         DC), N4P (Washington,  DC)  and  W3P  (Philadelphia,  PA)  will  be
         active on 23-27 September during  the  apostolic  journey  of  Pope
         Francis to the US. Also taking part  in  the  celebration  will  be
         W3FRC/WMF  (World  Meeting  of    Families)    from    southeastern
         Pennsylvania and WM3PEN from Philadelphia. QSL K3P,  N4P,  K2P  and
         W3FRC/WMF via KK4ODQ; QSL W3P  via  KA3LKM;  QSL  WM3PEN  via  home

YB     - So far YB8RW/5's IOTA tour  [425DXN  1270]  has  included  activity
         from  Bintan  (OC-075,  3-4  September),  Sendanau  (OC-106,    6-7
         September,  last  QSO  at  10.40  UTC)  and  Natuna  (OC-106,  7-10
         September,  first  QSO  at  13.58  UTC).  Logs  have  been  already
         uploaded to Club Log (see  qrz.com  for  the  direct  links).  Next
         island  will  be  Sesaran  (OC-109);  Din  anticipates  being   QRV
         starting around 4 UTC on 11 September until around  9  UTC  on  the
         13th. QSL via YB8RW, preferably through Club Log's OQRS.
YB     - Budi, YF1AR (www.yf1ar.com) will be active as YF1AR/0 from  Tidung,
         one of the Seribu Islands (OC-177), on 12-13 September.  Plans  are
         to operate mainly SSB on 80-10 metres. QSL via  the  OQRS  on  Club
         Log (preferred, direct link on qrz.com) or N2OO. [TNX YF1AR]

CARIBBEAN TRIP ---> Miika, OH2BAD (CW and SSB) and Jaakko,  OH1MA  (CW,  SSB
and RTTY) will be active as P40MH  and P4/OH1MA from Aruba  (SA-036) on 3-10
November, and as  PJ4/OH2BAD  and PJ4/OH1MA  from  Bonaire (SA-006) on 10-18
November. All QSLs via OH2BAD, direct or bureau (P4/OH1MA and PJ4/OH1MA also

RUSSIAN ARCTIC COAST EXPEDITION ---> Vlad, UA4WHX is continuing  his  voyage
on the MSV Mikhail  Somov along the Arctic Northern Sea Route [425DXN 1270].
So far callsigns that were, are being and could be used include:
- R00BVB (from coastal areas in the Dolgano-Nenetsky District)
- R11PVB (from coastal areas in the the Nenets Autonomous Okrug)
- RI0BV (on 7 September from Dikson Island, AS-005)
- RI0BV/0 (on 9 September from the Nordenshel'da Archipelago, AS-121)
- RI0BV/p (on 10 September from Severnaya Zemlya, AS-042)
- RI0POL (while operating from the ship)
- RI1OV (from "various islands in the White and Barents Sea")
- RI1PV (on 31 August from Kolguyev Island, EU-085)

2015 CQ WW  DX  CONTEST  PARTICIPANT  SURVEY  --->  The  CQ  WW  DX  Contest
Committee is conducting a survey to gather feedback from participants  about
the contest. The responses will help  them  improve  the  contest  and  make
important  decisions  about the  rules. Anyone who has  participated in  the
CQ WW DX Contest  in the past  three years is  invited to  take the  survey:

is available in five languages and will close on 10 October.

CLUB LOG'S MOST WANTED LIST ---> The latest Most Wanted List,  generated  on
7 September, is available at https://secure.clublog.org/mostwanted.php.  The
information is derived from QSOs uploaded to Club Log  (as  of  8  September
there were 306.6  million  log  entries  available  for  analysis)  and,  to
improve quality, only QSOs that have QSLs confirmed  are  considered  to  be
worked.

SHRAK RADIO STATION ---> Vjollca Caka, Z61VB reports  that  the  faculty  of
the Technical University of Pristina (Kosovo) has  assigned  a  facility  to
this year's Amateur Radio graduates (40), making an attached  radio  station
and a library available to the  new  licensees.  The  SHRAK  (Amateur  Radio
Association of Kosovo) HQ station  Z60A  will  be  activated  for  the  next
several days and occasionally  from  now  on.  Following  the  inauguration,
SHRAK will organize their first DX activity  from  neighboring  Albania  for
the weekend of 18-21 September.
