credit.

INDEXA NEWSLETTER ---> The Winter 2016 Edition of the International DX
Association's (INDEXA) Newsletter is now available for download at

"Sometimes Mother Nature can throw weather and propagation woes that far
outdo whatever mischief Mr. Murphy might delight in providing. Read how
very rough seas disturbed even sleeping patterns for the TX3X team and how
Planetary K-factors were a perfect measure of the reduced propagation
between the team and the world that they had hoped to serve. Then, applaud
the team for doing the best that they could". [TNX W3OA]

outdo whatever mischief Mr.
[TNX W3OA]
