4S     - Once again Peter, DC0KK is active as 4S7KKG from Sri Lanka (AS-003)
         until 1 April. He operates digital modes and CW. QSL via home call,

9H     - Special callsign 9H2017EU celebrates the Maltese Presidency of  the
         Council of the European  Union (January-June 2017).  QSL via 9H1SP,
         direct only.
9X     - Harald, DF2WO will  be  active  as 9X2AW  (not 9XB954 as previously
         announced) from 3 February to 11 March  during his stay  in Kigali,
         Rwanda. He will operate mainly digital modes (PSK31, JT65 and RTTY)

         or  direct  only (for  traditional  cards)  to  Charles Wilmott, 60

         RTTY on 160-10 metres, and to participate in the CQ WW 160-Meter CW

CE0    - Michael, DF8AN will be  active  as  CE0Y/DF8AN  from  Easter Island
         (SA-001) on 10-17 February, and as CE0Z/DF8AN from Robinson Crusoe,

         will operate mainly CW and digital modes. QSL via home call, direct
         or bureau; neither LoTW nor Club Log will be used.
CT8    - Antonio, CU8AS will  participate in the  CQ WW 160-Meter CW Contest
         (27-29 January) as  CU9AB  from  Corvo Island (EU-089), Azores.  It
         will  be a   Single  Operator High Power entry.  QSL via HB9CRV and
         LOTW.  The first 50 QSOs  will be  automatically confirmed directly

HK0_sa - Tim, LW9EOC will be active as 5J0NA from San Andres Island (NA-033)
         between 13 February and 29 March. He will be joined by AA4NC, AJ9C,
         HK6F and WJ2O at various times. Expect activity during the  ARRL DX
         CW,  CQ WW 160-Meter,  ARRL DX SSB,  Russian DX  and  CQ WW WPX SSB

KH2    - Koji, JL3RDC will be active as NH0DX/NH2 from Guam (OC-026)  on 20-

PJ2    - Joeke, PA0VDV will be active as PJ2/PA0VDV from Curacao (SA-099) in
         February and all March. He will operate CW only. QSL via home call,

PY0F   - Erwin, PY2QI will be active as PY2QI/PY0F from  Fernando de Noronha
         (SA-003) on 15-21 February. He will operate CW on 40-10 metres. QSL

S2     - Yuki, JH1NBN might  be active  as S21ZBA from  Dakha, Bangladesh on
         15-19 January.  This is a business trip, with limited  SSB activity

TU     - A large team from the Radio-club de Provins (F6KOP) will  be active
         from Grand Bassam, Cote d'Ivoire on 9-19 March (callsign TBA). They
         will  operate CW, SSB,  RTTY and  PSK  on  160-6 metres  with  five
         stations (one for CW, two  for SSB, one for  digital modes and  one
         for 6m). QSL via Club Log's OQRS and LoTW; traditional cards should
         be sent to  F1ULQ (direct or bureau).  The team is seeking one more

V3     - W0MU will  be  active  as  V31MU  from  Placencia, Belize on  14-28
         February. He will be joined by  G0DVJ, who will be QRV as  V31DV on
         14-24 February. They will participate in the ARRL DX CW Contest  as
         V3M. QSL V31MU and V3M via LoTW, Club Log's OQRS or W0MU; QSL V31DV

V6     - Sho, JA7HMZ will be active again  as V63DX  from  Pohnpei (OC-010),
         Micronesia on 17-24 February.  He will participate  in the  ARRL DX
         CW Contest as V6A. Before and after  the contest he will  look  for

VP2V   - Andy W4KDN, Charlie W4KZK and John WA5FAC will be active as  VP2VAW
         from Tortola, British  Virgin  Islands (NA-023)  on  14-21 January.
         They will operate on 160-10 metres, with a focus on 30m CW, 40m SSB
         and 160/80m digital modes (mostly JT-65 and PSK-31). They also plan
         to be QRV on 60 metres (5357 kHz), and to be active during both the
         North  American QSO Parties (CW and SSB).  QSL  via W4KZK (direct),

YB     - Adhi, YB3MM will be active as YB3MM/7 from  Sebatik Island (OC-295)
         on  21-24 January, Nunukan  Island (OC-166)  on  25-26 January  and
         Tarakan Island (OC-166) on 27-29 January. He will run low poer to a
         multiband vertical antenna, possibly with a  focus on  20m and  30m
         CW. His schedule might change  according  to local conditions.  QSL

YB     - A large team of Indonesian operators will be  active as  YE0S  from
         Sebira, one of the  Seribu Islands (OC-177),  on 20-27 March.  They
         plan to be QRV on all bands CW, SSB and digital modes. QSL via Club

individuals,  groups  or   organizations  that  have   made   the   greatest
contributions toward advancing the art or practice of radio communication by

ITURHFPROP PROPAGATION PREDICTION ---> Gwyn Williams' (G4FKH)  new project's
aim is "to produce a propagation  prediction  tool that  uses  the new  ITU-
produced program ITURHFProp, which has been  shown to be more accurate  than
