ZS8Z David

Greetings to all,

ZS8Z is now active from Marion Island on HF from 10 January 2017 again till
May 2018 using modes SSB and Digital.

ZS8Z was previously activated by myself from April 2013 through May 2014 using a Kenwood TS-480 , Power amplifier and the Marion Island base station HF antennas.

Please make sure you give me a signal report and make sure that I have received
it,for JT65 and FT8 QSO's make sure youreceive either the RRR and 73 messages,

or you will NOT be in the logbook.

All QSL matters relating to ZS8Z can be sent to Allan ZS1LS who has the electronic logbook.

73 David (ZS1BCE)

The preferred QSL method is to use theOnline QSL Reservation System on Clublog.

Please note - being David's QSL Manager is not my day job, so please dont
email me 20 mintues after your contact and ask why you are not in the logbook.
David only sends me his logs once a week due to bandwidth limitations on
Marion Island - typically over the weekend. The Clublog search page shows the
time and date of the last QSO in the logbook that I have uploaded.

The ClubLog search for your contacts here :ClubLog Search ZS8Z
Please do not send me direct cards if you are not confirmed in the log.
If you are not there, please email me first to see if its a busted call so I can fix it.

For those Radio Amateurs who are technically challenged and cannot use the Clublog
OQRS or do not have PayPal can send your cards with return postage to :
Allan Saul, P.O. Box 1502,Milnerton, 7435, South Africa(Please note new address,
all mail posted to the old one will be re-directed until June 2018)

Buro cards can also be requested via Clublog and are sent out at the end of each month.
